Dhana Pillai, the founder, holds an Advanced Masters in International Taxation Law from the International Tax Centre in Leiden, The Netherlands, where she graduated in 2006-07. She have also completed an Alternative Investments program at Harvard University. Dhana has been practicing tax since 2004 and is a qualified lawyer and member of the Bar Council of Tamilnadu, India.

Dhana's expertise lies in establishing real estate investment funds, family offices, trusts, and designing tax-efficient structures for passive income portfolios and family inheritances. Her focus is to ensure that beneficiaries benefit from these structures in a tax-efficient manner. Dhana is highly regarded as an author, having written numerous tax publications and articles. She is also a respected speaker, regularly presenting seminars and participating in panel discussions on taxation.
