The tool on the home page applies published UAE thresholds to two answers you give. It is a starting point for a conversation, not a determination of your tax position. It does not know your entity type, your free zone status, your group structure or your history, all of which can change the answer.

Statutory dates, thresholds and rates are stated as at the date shown and are verified against official sources before publication. They change. The e-invoicing ASP appointment deadline, for example, has already been extended once.
