Privacy policy
This policy explains what DP Taxation Consultancy Co LLC ("DPTC", "we") collects through this website, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. DPTC is the name of our tax and accounting service; the contracting entity is DP Taxation Consultancy Co LLC.

What this website collects
This is a marketing website. It does not hold your tax records, filings or accounting data.

The position checker on the home page runs entirely in your browser. Your answers are not sent to us unless you go on to submit the enquiry form.
We set no advertising cookies and do no profiling. The site stores your light/dark theme preference in your browser; that never reaches us.
Analytics cookies
We use Google Analytics to see which pages are read, how visitors arrive, and which of our buttons are used. It is off until you agree. When you first visit we ask, and nothing analytics-related loads unless you choose “Accept analytics” — choosing “Essential only” means the Google Analytics script is never loaded at all, not merely restricted.
If you accept, Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser and Google processes the following on our behalf: the pages you view, the site or search that referred you, your approximate location from a truncated IP address, and your device and browser type. We ask Google to anonymise your IP address and we do not enable Google Signals, so your activity here is not joined to an advertising profile. We do not use this data to identify you and it is never combined with what you submit through our forms.
Your choice is remembered in your browser for a year, after which we ask again. To change it, clear this site's data in your browser settings and the question will reappear. You can also refuse analytics cookies in your browser or use Google's own opt-out add-on.
Refusing analytics changes nothing about the site: every page, the enquiry form and the engagement letter work exactly the same.
Where it is held
This website is served from a global content delivery network, so the pages are distributed internationally. Nothing on this site is UAE-resident.
The client portal, which will hold financial data, is a separate system that does not exist yet. We will confirm its hosting region and our data processing terms in writing before you sign anything.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data and we do not share it for marketing. We share it only with service providers who host or transmit it on our behalf, and where the law requires it.
What you submit through Build my plan is sent to and stored in Google Cloud Firestore, which we use to host it on our behalf. It is held in Google's Dammam region, in the Gulf.
When we email you an engagement letter, that email is delivered by Resend, a transactional email provider. Resend receives your email address and the letter itself so that it can deliver the message, and tells us whether it arrived, bounced or was opened. We record that so we know whether a letter you were promised actually reached you.
If you have accepted analytics cookies, Google Ireland Limited also processes the browsing data described above on our behalf. That is the extent of it: we do not sell your data and we do not share it for marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any engagement that follows. Where UAE tax law requires records to be retained for a set period, that requirement takes precedence over a deletion request, and we will tell you if it applies to you.
