What these terms cover

These terms govern use of this website. They are not the engagement letter for professional services. Any work we do for you is governed by a separate written engagement setting out scope and fee, which you accept before work begins.

Using this site

You may read this site and submit an enquiry. You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, disrupt it, or use it to send anything unlawful.

Fees shown on this site

Indicative and subject to change. They exclude 5% VAT unless stated. A published fee is not an offer capable of acceptance: the fee for your engagement is the one in your written scope, issued after we understand your circumstances.

No advice without an engagement

Nothing on this site is tax, legal or accounting advice for your situation. The position checker gives general guidance based on published UAE thresholds; it is not advice on your facts, and it does not create a client relationship. Do not act on it without taking advice.

Accuracy

We take care that statutory dates, thresholds and rates on this site are correct at the time of publication, and we re-check them against official sources before each update. Tax law changes, sometimes at short notice. Confirm anything you intend to rely on.

Our liability

We accept no liability for loss arising from reliance on this website's general content. Liability for professional services is dealt with in the engagement letter for that work. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction.
